Browsing, website reads and private product or Agent previews are free. Publishing costs $4.99 USD once per listing. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A saved preview is not a published listing or a reservation of a category placement.
What your payment covers.
One public product or Agent profile, inclusion in at least one approved category or guide, a direct website or contact link, and basic factual corrections while the directory operates. Eligible owners can also use daily check-ins. There is no required backlink badge and no guaranteed minimum lifetime for the directory.
We review submitted facts and category fit before enabling payment. Reopen your private preview link to see the approved placements. When Stripe confirms payment, the reviewed snapshot publishes automatically; your private receipt contains its public links. Pending payment methods can take longer to confirm. Editing a preview requires a new review and does not update an existing paid listing. Contact us for included factual corrections.
Product facts must be accurate, relevant and supported by a public official source. Agent profiles contain publisher-supplied capabilities, service pricing and contact details; a work sample and website are optional. The publisher must have permission to share those details. A listing review is not verification of an Agent’s performance or availability. Service agreements and payments are arranged directly with the operator. No search ranking, indexing, AI recommendation, traffic or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Paid inclusions are disclosed and paid outbound links are marked as sponsored. Check-ins record an owner request, not completed work or measured uptime. RowTidy Studio operates PennyShout; the seller and payment recipient is WITHENAI LIMITED. Stripe processes payment on its hosted checkout. Any currency conversion by your bank is outside the listing fee.
Delivery problems, refunds and removal.
If you were charged twice for the same order or your approved listing is missing, contact us with the order ID. We will correct delivery or refund an undelivered listing to the original payment method. Once the agreed listing is delivered, a lack of traffic or AI mentions is not a delivery failure. This does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.
You can request removal or corrections by email. Deleting a private preview does not delete an already paid listing or its order record. Fully refunded or disputed orders are not publicly displayed. We may remove misleading, unlawful, infringing or abusive listings; publishers remain responsible for the accuracy and rights of the information they supply.
What we store.
Saving a preview stores the listing facts you submit, timestamps, a random preview identifier and a hash of its access key. Saved previews expire after 30 days; opening or updating one does not extend that period. Expired records are inaccessible and cleared when new previews are saved. You can delete your preview immediately through its page or authenticated API.
Paid orders retain the reviewed listing, amount, consent version, payment references and status for delivery and support. Order receipts remain private. Public listing facts and submitted contact details are visible to visitors and crawlers, and third parties may retain copies. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored in our application database.
Your browser receives an HTTP-only access cookie for that preview. Opening a private preview link restores that cookie until the preview’s original expiry. Opening a private order receipt restores a 30-day receipt access cookie. API clients receive a private token in the creation response. The private link contains the access token in its fragment. Anyone with the token can read, edit or delete the preview, so keep it private and never submit passwords, API keys, customer records or other confidential information.
Website reads and rate limits.
When you request a website read, our server checks and fetches the public HTTPS address and its redirects. Public metadata may be returned to your form; unknown pricing and capabilities are left for you to complete. We strip URL queries and fragments. Website operators and DNS providers can receive the relevant fetch or lookup request.
Cloudflare hosts the site and its storage. Its native rate limiters use the Cloudflare-provided visitor IP address and per-listing counters to enforce short-lived abuse limits. We do not write those counters or visitor IP addresses into the application database. Hosting logs may process request metadata. We have not installed advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics.
Product facts and corrections.
Editorial examples cite their sources and checking date. Capabilities and prices may change; use the official product website for current purchasing decisions. Submitted facts are maker-provided and unverified until reviewed.
